Wife of Michael Rothberg; mother of Jacob and Evan Rothberg; daughter of Benjamin and Ethel Stern, and sister of Cynthia Stern. Dana is also survived by her aunt, Dr. Judy Ginsburg; her in-laws, Dr. Martin and Sharon Rothberg; her sister and brother-in-law, Anthony and Lisa Askowitz and her nieces Rachel, Danielle and Natalie; her first cousins Mark Copeland and Tatiana Acker, Dr. Cary and Lori Copeland, David Copeland, and their children, and many other loving relatives and friends.

Dana was a cherished wife, a devoted mother, a caring daughter and sister, a loyal friend, and a trusted colleague. She was loved and respected by all who knew her. Dana was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Washington University and Cum Laude graduate of Harvard Law School, and worked as the Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President of MCG Capital Corporation.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at 10:30 a.m. at Temple Shalom at 8401 Grubb Road, Chevy Chase, Maryland. Internment to follow at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, Clarksburg, MD. An announcement about the Shiva will be made on Tuesday during the funeral service.
