My life started immediately after high school. I was a US Marine (along with Dave Babcock)and began working for Milwaukee County (House of Correction)in 1994. I love to travel outside the US (so far, I've been to China, Japan, The Phillipeans, Korea, Hawaii, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic). I'm a lover of ethniticity and culture. I recently returned to school (2005-University of Wisconsin) where I'm majoring in Radiologic Technology with a minor in ethnic studies. I have a beautiful little girl who also happens to be disabled, but she is the absolute best thing that's EVER happened to me. I simply adore her and she has taught me so much about love, patience and tolerance.

High school was among the absolute most forgettable times of my life ('cause Todd Stapleman used to flush my face into the toilet of the football locker room!J/K). But if I had it to do all over again, I would reinvent myself and be a totally different "Smitty," closer to the guy I am today. I sincerely miss our fallen classmates who also include Orlando Robinson(c/o 90) and Raymond Hill (c/o 89). I attended the weddings of Chris Waters and Dwight Ivory, went to see the new Star Wars movies with Richard Hunter, and I still hang out from time to time with Pernell Reynolds (MPD!) and Letrianna Demps (c/o 87). Shout outs to the St. Agnes crew - Tiffany Terry, Allison Wright, Teresa Hughes, Trina & Trude Brown, Sue Ann Weddle and Shannon Smith. Special shout to Luv and Kim...if you're out there - HOLLA!
